Buyer, Mugshot Attempted Sexual Contact with a Minor, Luring a Minor, Scottsdale

When Roderick Roxas-Powers turned up for a meet with someone he thought was a minor for sex, Scottsdale PD’s Human Exploitation and Trafficking Unit (HEaT) arrested him.

SPD HEaT detectives posing as a 16-year old female were contacted online by Roxas-Powers.

He arranged to meet with the undercover Police Officer but instead of sex – he was promptly arrested for Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation and Attempted Sexual Contact with a Minor.
